Halia Home and Community Services was founded in 2006 to serve the growing need of individuals who prefer to be cared for in the comfort of their own homes and communities. Our team’s mission every day is to provide the highest quality of service with the utmost care and compassion.

Our employees work closely with families to select the level of services necessary to meet the needs of those entrusted with our care. Every Halia employee undergoes the following rigorous screening and testing prior to employment to ensure the safety and accountability of all of our patients:

• Face-to-face interviews

• Minimum of two references

• State criminal background checks

• OSHA precautions

• Tuberculosis and other health screenings

• Child abuse background clearance

• State driver’s license record clearance

• FBI Background Clearance

In addition, all of our staff are required to remain current in their education and medical skills through continuing education and in-service training in order to provide the highest quality, multidisciplinary care.

Halia Home & Community Services is fully licensed by the Department of Health and Public Welfare. We believe in treating your family as our own.

We proudly serve Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our office is open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. We have staff on call during off hours to assist with any concerns.
